How to book a truck online

Sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. No password to remember.

Post your load
Pickup and drop city, material, weight, truck type and the loading date. Add an expected rate if you have one.

Receive bids from verified truck owners
Owners whose truck and route match are notified first. Each bid shows price, rating and completed trips.

Bargain and lock the deal
Accept a bid, or counter it. Once both sides agree the trip is confirmed and contact details are shared.

Share the loading OTP
When the truck arrives you get an OTP. Give it to the driver only after loading is complete.

Delivery OTP and proof of delivery
The receiver shares a second OTP after unloading, and the driver uploads the signed receipt.

Truck booking FAQs
Which truck do I need for my load?

Go by weight and by what the goods are. Up to 3.5 tonnes fits an LCV or mini truck. 7 to 25 tonnes of cement, steel, grain or bricks goes on an open body truck. Packaged goods that must stay dry and sealed go in a container. Machinery and long or heavy cargo needs a trailer, loose sand and stone a tipper, and liquids a tanker. If you are unsure, post the load with the weight and material and truck owners will quote with the right vehicle.
How is the truck fare decided?

There is no fixed rate card. You post your load, verified truck owners bid their price, and you can counter-offer until both sides agree. The price depends on distance, weight, truck type, return-load availability and season.
How do I know the truck and driver are genuine?

Every vehicle is approved by our team only after checking the RC, insurance, permit, fitness certificate and PUC, and every truck owner completes KYC. You also see the owner's rating and number of completed trips before you accept a bid.
What is the OTP verification?

When the truck reaches pickup you get a loading OTP, which you share only after loading is complete. A second OTP at the destination confirms delivery. Together with the signed receipt photo, this gives both sides proof of what happened and when.
When do I pay, and how?

You pay online by UPI, card or net banking through our licensed payment partner. Any advance agreed with the truck owner is recorded on the trip. The truck owner receives the settlement within 24 to 48 hours of verified delivery.
What if my goods are damaged or short?

Raise a dispute from the trip screen within the time window shown in the app. The truck owner's payment is held while our team reviews the chat, OTP log, proof of delivery and negotiation history. You can also add goods transit insurance while booking.
